Our location has been serving cocktails, spirits & beers since 1856 in the heart of the Gold Country. Our Brunswick Balke Collender "Record" model bar was made circa 1895 in Chicago and has been in place here since 1904.

Our handcrafted cocktails are created from house made syrups and bitters reminiscent of the "golden era" at the turn of the 20th century and prohibition styles. We offer a handcrafted soda fountain menu of non-alcoholic beverages.

Golden Era is host to a vibrant music scene. Jazz, Blues, R&B, Funk, World, and Soul are some of the weekend entertainment offerings. Weekdays are filled with single artists across multiple genres. Artists perform original, vintage classic & contemporary scores.
